2025 Celebrating Reconciliation Grants

The application form is designed to provide information to allow detailed consideration of all applications by the assessment panel. All sections of the application form must be completed. Late or incomplete applications will be deemed ineligible and will not be assessed.

I confirm that the applicant organisation:

• has read and understands the program guidelines and the terms and conditions (www.qld.gov.au/recgrants)
• meets the eligibility requirements
• has a valid Australian Business Number (ABN)
• is financially solvent
• has no outstanding acquittal reports with Queensland Government
• seeks funding for an event or activity located in Queensland

The Department of Women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships and Multiculturalism (the department) is collecting your personal information in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld), in order to administer the Celebrating Reconciliation Grants 2025.

The information will be stored securely and accessed by the department’s authorised employees, agents and sub-contractors for the purpose of administering the Celebrating Reconciliation Grants 2025.

The department will provide this information to the assessment panel, which may include members external to the department, for the purpose of assessing applications. If the application is successful, details of the applicant and the initiative may be used by the department for advertising/promotional purposes as specified in the Celebrating Reconciliation Grants 2025 Terms and Conditions.
